Join Our Exciting Journey as a Software Engineer! Help Build, Modernize, and Secure Market-Leading Medical Visualization Products.

Key Role: Design, develop, and maintain our cutting-edge product platform, contribute to OS maintenance, and play a vital role in product transformation and security hardening.

Tasks

  • Develop and deliver responsibilities with high quality, ensuring maintainable and clean code.
  • Understand, anticipate, and address OS/platform changes, technical debt, and risks.
  • Conduct research and create proof of concepts (POCs) to demonstrate technical feasibility for integration.
  • Perform code reviews, define module interfaces, and apply existing technology to new designs.
  • Set up and maintain the platform patching mechanism, covering development, testing, environments, and processes, driving this activity across the organization.
  • Break down complex problems, clarify requirements, and estimate time for development tasks.
  • Review, classify, and assess risks and defects related to the product or platform.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of program area documentation.
  • Collaborate with global development teams.
  • Work independently, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team, and educating colleagues.

Expectations

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)

  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, toolsets

  • Good understanding of Linux system (like SLES or RedHat based)

  • Experience in software development and OS/platform maintenance (3 years of relevant work experience)
  • Java, Python, GO knowledge

  • Experience in containerization (Docker or Kubernetes)

  • Skilled in writing code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project

  • Skilled in breaking down problems and documenting problem statements

  • Has the ability to analyze and evaluate impact of changes, defects and different technology choices

  • Cloud experience is a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
