This data analyst position focuses on meeting day-to-day parts fulfillment operations analytics demands, it involves consolidation and reporting, driving business process automation and data standards; and supporting improvement of key Parts fulfillment/material management metrics.
Tasks
- Drive parts date management standards with regional teams, map risks and mitigations to meet customer deadlines.
- Reporting and analytics; partner with region fulfillment leaders to support improvement initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity across the entire parts value stream of customer order management and material management in ERPs, Data Lake & other IT systems.
- Systematically collect regional KPIs for parts fulfillment, monitor, consolidate and review weekly, monthly and quarterly.
- Identify and drive productivity based on analytics through business process automation in fulfillment team.
- Support IT and Process Excellence teams for system enhancements & roll out, directly and indirectly related to Data Management and Parts Fulfillment metrics.
- Support lean initiatives, kaizen events impacting key Parts metrics
- Identify, access and query multiple data sources to extract and consolidate data for reports and analysis
- Design, build and deliver both ad hoc and scheduled reports, datasets
- Develop automated reporting and tools for more efficient use of data
Expectations
- Bachelor’s degree with years’ supply chain or operations experience
- Good English and Hungarian language knowledge is must
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including Excel Power Query Knowledge
- Experience in building and automize standard reports
