Tasks

Conducting research and sourcing top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter,
Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for various IT and developer roles
Using your creativity to find new ways of reaching out to candidates,
Supporting recruiters and HRBPs with various tasks and initiatives,
Assisting with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations,
Supporting the onboarding process to ensure a positive experience for new hires

Expectations

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Taking minimum 24 hours a week for at least 6 months
A passion for sourcing and recruiting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Fuency in English
