Tasks
Scope 1 – Industrial Data Architecture
- Build standard shop floor to cloud data acquisition pipeline including machine data extraction, data conversion, secure data transfer between network layers and components and cloud ingestion
- Build a cloud native architecture to distribute data between the ingestion components and consumer applications
- Build data storage, accessibility layer and processing solutions according to the business requirements
- Implement IDF as the data layer of strategic tools
- Integrate all key sites with the data platform
Scope 3 – Legacy Applications
- Keep alive of critical legacy production applications, developed in house
- Maintain already existing solutions, change configuration, identify critical bug fixes
- Coordinate the decommission or replacement process of legacy tools
Expectations
- Industrial IoT Technology Experties
- Experience in AWS OT technologies (e.g., AWS IoT Core, Greengrass, Databases, Security, AI)
- Understanding of ISA-95 Level 2 applications/systems built on industry standard tools
- Experience in Data Contextualization technologies used in ISA-95 Level 1/2 applications/systems (ex. Inductive Automation Ignition, HighByte Intelligence Hub, Cognite, etc.)
- Experience in Data Democratization technologies used in ISA-95 Level 1/2 applications/systems (e.g., MQTT)
- Experience in Agile Software Development (ideally Scaled Agile Framework)
