In this role, you will support the implementation of the HCM (Human Capital Management) and Payroll System across our Partner’s Business Units in a multi-Business Group environment. You will collaborate closely with HRIS Project Managers to drive implementations and enhancements.
Key responsibilites:
Work closely with HR Business teams and Leadership to gather requirements for Dashboards, Reports, Interfaces, Extensions, and Integrations.
Provide subject matter expertise to analyze business and system requirements, translating them into design artifacts and documentation.
Develop and maintain Dashboards, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, and Fast Formulas.
Enhance processes by introducing optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements through scripts and other tools.
Partner with customer to finalize the key design aspects of data conversions and reports.
ssist the team in troubleshooting technical issues and supporting development tasks.
Conduct unit testing for reports and data conversions.
Support solution validation through various phases, including SIT, UAT, and Go-Live.
Expectations
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, completing at least two Cloud full lifecycle implementations and upgrades.
Proficient in HDL, OTBI and BI Publisher.
Experience in Oracle EBS is beneficial.
Confident database skills such as SQL
