Our Service Management team is currently working on a big project, we are implementing Service Now and insourcing the Service Desk function. For this project we need additional support in your person.
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic Intern who is eager to learn about our manufacturing company by assisting IT department. You will be working closely with our team to conduct research, capture data and attend meetings where you will be asked to take minutes.
To be successful as an Intern, you should be willing to help with administrative tasks assigned by a supervisor. You will be involved in upcoming projects as well as assisting with current campaigns.
Feladatok
- Fulfil tasks set out by supervisors from several department
- Attend meetings and take minutes
- Perform research / gather information at a supervisor's request
- Update files or prepare documentations
Elvárások
- Ongoing studies
- At least 25 hours / week availability (the more the better)
- Related studies in IT field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask
Ajánlatunk
- Gross 2350 Ft / hour salary
- Company laptop
- Home office based on team agreement (2-3 days of working from home possibility / week)
