Feladatok
- Installing new devices
- Resolving simple or medium level users’ requests
- Maintaining and clarifying local users’ requests
- Tracking (long running) tickets opened for global IT resolver groups
- Handling printer and further hardware related manual activities
- Granting access rights
- Logging tickets for global IT resolving groups
- Gathering data regarding to global or regional initiatives and reports
- Performing technical tests
- Maintaining inventories (fe. Asset inventory etc)
- Writing technical manuals for users
- Initial preparations for purchasing and ordering equipments
Elvárások
- Active or passive (under 25) student status full time
- availbale to work around 30 hours/week
- Hungarian C1
- MS Windows 10 & 11 Administrator skills
- Microsoft Office 365 knowledge
- Basic Network (LAN) skills
- Capable to deal with iOS and Android devices
- Fluent in English
