The FP&A team is providing comprehensive financial planning, reporting & analysis to  Business Partners in Europe and to the Global Corporate Leadership. The goal is to streamline processes, create tools & analytical solutions to simplify financial reporting and drive efficiency across the company.

Tasks

  • Financial partner to the factory senior leaders
  • Reporting: create value added monthly/quarterly reports and analyze functional cost elements – providing sufficient transparency for real decision making
  • Planning: participate in periodic business planning cycles, ensure bottom-up plans are well justified, support senior leaders with cost efficiency advice
  • Forecasting: ensure that the monthly and quarterly estimates are accurate, raise early attention to risks and opportunities
  • Closing: perform necessary month-end and Q-end closing activities for own scope individually
  • Analysis: Support Senior FP&A manager and finance leadership, establishing insightful analysis that supports forecasting and monthly operations
  • Projects: Support efficiency projects, help to identify and implement process improvements within the FP&A community

Expectations

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Former experience in finance, preferably in FP&A or other finance areas including planning/forecasting/analyzing data
  • Advanced communication skills in English both verbal and written
  • Pro-active approach in detecting and resolving problems
  • Strong sense of ownership, willingness to take responsibility
  • Strong analytical skills - Accuracy and timely reporting to stakeholders
  • Confident usage of Excel
  • Building strong partnership with relevant stakeholders
