Tasks
- Enter orders, and follow up on them until delivery and invoicing
- Communication with the customer by emails and phone calls
- Contribute to improve the customer satisfaction
Expectations
- Active student status
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, written and spoken
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel functions, good working knowledge in MS Office
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Strong communication skills
- Problem solving mindset
- SAP and/or other ERP System knowledge is an advantage
