The Key Account Specialist focuses on accounts identified as the Key Partners of the company.

The Key Account Specialist role is client facing, especially, but not exclusively at the IT/developer sector. The main purpose is managing the leads in the customer base, and uncovering new opportunities, also to align insight strategically and formally with the client.

To present all available lines of business to the client and sell wide and deep wherever possible in engaging multilevel contracts, and ensuring that all lines of business are connected across relevant company or divisional contacts.

Tasks

  • Planning and forecasting revenue and gross margin
  • Identify and win new partners through effective new business development and account management in SME (Small and Medium Enterprise), and ENT (Enterprise) segment, and also in the IT/developer sector
  • Manage 50-100+ accounts/prospects, focusing on the bigger Customers
  • Build and maintain account relationships and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or teams supported.
  • Representation of the company in negotiation with the key partners
  • Understand the needs of the channel, and make increase the sales in the sector trough the products and services

Expectations

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written, Hungarian and English)
  • Commercial Education: business, commercial, technical
  • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience
  • Experience in B2B in IT and/or electronics segment is required
  • Existing network of B2B customers in HU
  • Strong cooperation skills, strong planning and execution skills
  • Strong ability to stay focused and deliver business results
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Understanding financial rules, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cost of sale, budget, leasing
  • Basic understanding of contracts, terms and conditions and the ability to negotiate
