German Talent Aquisition Operations Specialist

Tasks

Primary hand off point from the Talent Acquisition team to take over employment agreements in Workday for all roles (internals and externals) working closely with the TA and TR teams
Managing interview scheduling and travel reimbursements
Posting roles to various internal and external channels, interview scheduling and travel reimbursement management
Managing requisitions through the internal hiring process when no assessment and selection is required (internal transfers, in-role promotions etc)
Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team across EMEA
Developing a strong partnership with our Total Rewards and HR partners
Ensuring accurate administration of recruitment processes and ensuring effective communication
Housekeeping of Workday as our recruitment applicant tracking system, ensuring highest standards of accuracy and compliance
