This role is part of the Ultrasound EMEA Virtual Sales Office at one of our multinational partner in the healthcare industry.

They build and maintains excellent relationship with customers while providing complex product solutions in the field of medical Ultrasound imaging, through 2 main activities:inbound and outbound activities.

Tasks

  • Contact prospect clients by phone and email and build relationships with them by promoting handheld ultrasound products, solutions and services at corresponding country market
  • Contact prospect clients through digital selling approach on Social Media platforms (using LinkedIn Sales Navigator on LinkedIn for example)
  • Develop network and engage with prospect and existing customers and Digital Opinion Leaders on Social Media based on the recommendation of the local Sales team
  • Execute first level of virtual product demonstrations with prospect clients through video call platforms such as Microsoft Teams
  • Negotiate product and project pricing with B2B prospects such as hospitals, medical center, midwife, general practitioners, physiotherapists customer segment
  • Manage and report on your sales pipeline in CRM

Expectations

  • Previous sales or account management and out-bound call experience is a must
  • Effective and professional verbal and written communication – both with internal and external customers
  • Close-to-native language skills in German
  • Expert-level English language capability
  • Ability to work in a team or individually if required, and remotely
  • Sales mindset and ability to provide excellent customer service, customer-focused approach
  • Result-oriented personality and capability to overcome obstacles
  • Knowledge in social media and lead generation through social media
