We are looking for Shift leaders for our manufacturing partner in Debrecen.
Tasks
- Leading a team consisting of more than 20 employees in a production area
- Organizing shift schedules for team members
- Supervising employees and assisting with tasks as necessary
- Conducting performance reviews and sharing feedback with both upper management and team members
- Ensuring health and safety standards are followed
- Coordinating special activities, e.g.: shutdown, weekend activities
- Participating in the planning of technical modification, optimization of new production facilities
- Participating in an approx. 3 months long qualification programme abroad
Expectations
- Proven experience as a Shift Leader or relevant managerial role in the field of manufacturing
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical education
- Leadership skills and ability to make decisions fast
- Hungarian and English working proficiency is required
