Manage the implementation, operation, and maintenance of Core projects. Primary responsibilities include project delivery planning, network design, site surveys, hardware installation supervision, software installation and commissioning, integration and testing, migration and post-migration support, project documentation, network inspection, performance monitoring and optimization, issue resolution, customer technical inquiries, software updates and upgrades, hardware maintenance, and system emergency recovery.

Provide support for Core network-related products such as virtual cloud platforms, TECS, MANO, CEPH, routers and switches, CS, PS, LIG, HLR, IMS, UDC, ENUM, AAA, 5GC, i5GC, Big Data, and more.

Oversee project implementation, ensuring progress, cost efficiency, and quality control, while escalating issues and risks when necessary.

Maintain regular communication with the customer’s team leader, providing consistent reporting and managing customer satisfaction.

Organize technical workshops, training sessions, and guidance for customers and partners to enhance technical knowledge and cooperation.

Share insights and experiences, including technical solutions, case studies, and guidance documentation, with colleagues and stakeholders.

Adhere to company compliance rules and regulatory processes at all times.

Track customer requirements, collaborate with the sales team during the bidding phase, and identify new business opportunities.
