• Handling of shipments and their delivery (operational and administrative)
• Communication with customers and business partners
• Issuing and tracking of shipping documents, handling of documents related to dispatch and delivery of shipments
• Arranging the forwarding of shipments to own cargo partner offices
• Customer service

• Knowledge of Microsoft office, especially excel.
