French Talent Aquisition Operations Specialist
Tasks
- Primary hand off point from the Talent Acquisition team to take over employment agreements in Workday for all roles (internals and externals) working closely with the TA and TR teams
- Managing interview scheduling and travel reimbursements
- Posting roles to various internal and external channels, interview scheduling and travel reimbursement management
- Managing requisitions through the internal hiring process when no assessment and selection is required (internal transfers, in-role promotions etc)
- Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team across EMEA
- Developing a strong partnership with our Total Rewards and HR partners
- Ensuring accurate administration of recruitment processes and ensuring effective communication
- Housekeeping of Workday as our recruitment applicant tracking system, ensuring highest standards of accuracy and compliance
Expectations
- bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- fluency in English and French
