You will be arranging and executing administrative and communications tasks, keeping direct contact with the regional communications team members, finance teams and procurement teams, as well as agencies and other suppliers. You will be managing administrative, mainly financial processes and participating in communications projects.
Tasks
Actively participate in managing the financial plans of the team (budget tracking, PO creation, invoice management, and follow up)
Do vendor management (onboarding, preparation of SOWs)
Familiarize with the regional communications approach and projects
Prepare communications assets (presentations, video, photos, emails, newsletters, social media posts etc.)
Active participation in event organization
Expectations
MS Office knowledge (PowerPoint, Excel),
Photoshop or equivalent design program/application is a plus
Interest in communications
Fluent in English and Hungarian
High attention to details, accurate
Good communication skills
Positive, helpful and flexible attitude
