We are looking for a Production Department Leader for our partner who manufactures medical technical aids in Vas County.
Tasks
- Ensures the on schedule and appropriate production in consideration with cost aspects, quality requirements and customer demands
- Develops budget-, personnel- and investment planning on the basis of long-term department planning
- Initiates and oversees the systematic process of local problem solving. Checks production reports to identify trends, deviations and disorders
- Performs daily tours in the production and act in case of deviation
- Designs processes according to the principle of Lean Manufacturing and ensures that these are executed and observed in his or her organizational unit
- Leads, promotes, and motivates the employees within his/her area of responsibility
- Supports customer audits in the assigned production area
Expectations
- At least 5 years working experience in manufacturing, 2 years in team management
- Requires Engineering or Technical Degree
- Fluent, high-level English language skill
- Experience in GMP procedures is an advantage
