Feladatok

Improving and fine-tuning recipes and producing prototypes, in close cooperation with application technologist
Ability to understand and explain differences in recipes and simple procedures
Implementing and conducting cleaning protocols and equipment maintenance
Assisting the lab manager in registering samples, recording sample usage, and monitoring sample inventory
Preparing lab tours and tasting sessions, including the preparation and presentation of prototypes and tasting samples
Supporting the lab team during events and trainings
Conducting strict food safety and hygiene standards
Willingness to stay updated with food trends, techniques, and industry developments to bring new ideas and creativity to the kitchen

Elvárások

Knowledge and experience in various cooking techniques, flavour profiles and culinary trends
Ability to develop unique and innovative recipes
Attention to Details
Efficient Time Management
Languages: English (must), Hungarian (preferred)
A formal culinary education or relevant apprenticeship and certification is preferred, though practical experience is highly valued
