The Intern – NAM Total Rewards Delivery will help ensure high-quality, reliable delivery of benefits operations while contributing to projects and compliance initiatives that enhance the employee experience. This role supports day-to-day team activities, including responding to customer tickets, and assists with planning, coordinating, and executing small to mid-size initiatives (such as service enhancements, process improvements, and tool rollouts) for the NAM Retirement and Health & Welfare teams. The intern will play a key supporting role in the effective administration of our Total Rewards plans.

Feladatok

  • Support day-to-day benefits operations for NAM Retirement and Health & Welfare, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Respond to employee/customer tickets and inquiries, researching and resolving issues in partnership with the Total Rewards team.
  • Assist with planning and execution of small to mid-size projects, including service enhancements, process changes, and tool rollouts.
  • Contribute to compliance and audit activities, helping to maintain adherence to regulatory and internal policy requirements.
  • Analyze data and process performance, identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for continuous improvement in benefits delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners and vendors to support seamless administration of Total Rewards programs and a positive employee experience.

  • Full-time student status
  • 15-20 hours / week (during summer time 40 if available)
  • Customer-focused mindset – genuinely interested in helping employees and improving their benefits experience.
  •  Detail-oriented and organized – able to manage multiple tasks, track follow-ups, and ensure accuracy in work.
  • Analytical thinker – comfortable working with data, spotting trends, and using insights to support decisions.
  • Proactive and resourceful – takes initiative to solve problems, ask questions, and learn new systems or processes.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally.
  • Collaborative team player – works well in a team environment, open to feedback, and willing to support others as needed.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel (e.g., data entry, basic formulas, sorting/filtering, and report creation).

Amit kínálunk

  • Gr. 2500 Ft / hour
  • Office days Tuesday/Wednesday and/or Thursday (for training periods, first 3-4 weeks all of the 3 days)
  •  Working hours between 9.30 and 6 pm
