Tasks

Leading project management efforts to support on-time delivery of Capital Projects to the Gas Value Stream.
Working as a project manager to ensure alignment across the Fulfillment and Installation workstreams, as well as Global Supply Chain and Engineering
Working as a project manager to lead and drive installations of a wide variety of manufacturing capital equipment at the Hungary facilities.
Working as an Engineer and leader to resolve complex challenges involving a wide variety of manufacturing processes and adapting facilities to ensure successful industrialization.
Use cross-functional capabilities to support Business Case Approval, Technical Specification creation, issuance of RFQs and POs and the delivery of Capital Equipment.
Coordinate with stakeholders and step owners across business to ensure on-time delivery of all steps within Capex Purchasing Process.
Attending/Facilitating Kaizens and Roadmaps to support the capacity ramp-up.
Identify and implement qualification cost out opportunities
Lead effort to ensure Smartsheet schedule is updated and accurate
Lead installations from pre-delivery to full completion of management of change process across multiple projects.

Expectations

Bachelor's or Master’s degree
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Experience in equipment installation, facilities upgrades or construction management projects
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with individuals in global locations
Strong team player
Good negotiation skills
Ability to build trust with team members and interfacing organizations.
